We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt (If the said item had a designer or Entire Desire tags attached then these must still be attached, if not the item will be deemed used). Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment. If replacement goods are required, these should be re-ordered directly from our website as replacements will not automatically be sent.
Items must be returned in the original and re-sellable condition otherwise we cannot refund them as new.

return by post. Please ensure your item(s) are securely packed and properly labelled. Enclose the item(s) with the completed returns RECEIPT in the delivery bag.
Please return using the returns label on your shipment notice. Follow the returns by post instructions above and return parcels using your local postal services to the address on the reverse of your shipment notice. The cost of returning an item to us is £2.50 if there is any discrepancy between this amount and the postal charge of the service you employed then this will be resolved in the refund we give you (Whether that be credit or balance owed). We highly recommend you use tracked and insured services as you will be held responsible for the item until we receive it, we will not be able to offer a refund for items lost in transit.

You will be responsible for the whole cost of returning the item(s) to us. Please retain the receipt provided until your refund has been processed.
If you wish to get an exchange for a purchase then the same rules as a refund apply and you will be liable to pay postage to return the item to us, however, you will not have to pay for re-postage of the item back out to you, this is complimentary
